I’ve been using zip car at car rentals Tampa over two years then. Hence I love them.
- At once time I booked the car online and that system didn’t record it despite the reality that I received the confirmation at rent a car boston. I called client service from the parking’s lot when I could not get into the cab and was granted admission immediately and was given 0.5 hr free.
- other time I reserved a VW Jetty & they called me twenty min before my booking to tell me that there was an problem with the tires & I would need to switch car. The only other cab available at that place was a BMW. Hence, they upgraded me in no extra charge, though it was mostly double the cost.
- I got a parking ticket & called zip car to state it, then filed the appeal with the town and asked zip car not to pay the ticket as they will process the ticket and deduct from your account whether it isn’t paid previous to they receive a warning by mail from city. They sent a nice email wishing me luck & honored my request. I’ve got the parking receipt dismissed by the City Hall and there’s no hassle on zip car end at car rental Pennsylvania.
Essentially, they have four opportunities for screwing up and every solitary time they overwhelmed me.
Another shame is they’ve grown-up so much that seem to be further hipsters than the zip cars now a days. I just hope they figure how to manage the growing pains. It is a great thing that is zip car. Unbelievable amount of work must take to acquire and keep that going, and dollars. I do not know how to do it.
I cannot honestly give everything less than four stars, though, as I am the fan.
